How to Get Connection Logs on Windows
When troubleshooting with ApexGuard support, you may need to provide connection logs. Here’s how:
- Open the ApexGuard app and click the Settings icon.
- Navigate to Advanced Settings and select Run Diagnostics Tool.
- Choose Collect Diagnostics and wait for the process to complete.
- A pop-up will detail the data being collected. Click Continue.
- Once completed, you’ll receive a reference number. Provide this to support via live chat or email.
- If diagnostics fail to send:
- Locate the saved report at:
