Troubleshooting Connectivity on Android
If ApexGuard isn’t connecting, try these steps in order:
- Confirm your ApexGuard account is active in your account settings.
- Connect to a different server location. If other locations work, the issue is with that specific server.
- Disable other VPN or firewall apps that may interfere with the connection.
- Restart the ApexGuard app, then restart your device.
- Make sure the app is updated to the latest version in the Google Play Store.
- If the issue continues, uninstall ApexGuard from the Google Play Store and reinstall it.
