How to Retrieve Connection Logs from the ApexGuard Browser Extension
When troubleshooting issues with the ApexGuard Browser Extension, our support team may request the connection logs. Follow these steps to download them:
- Open the ApexGuard Browser Extension.
- Navigate to the Get Help menu.
- Click Download. The log file will be saved in your system’s downloads directory.
