Cannot Access Certain Websites When Connected to ApexGuard
If you suspect ApexGuard is blocking a website:
- Basic Troubleshooting:
- Clear Browser Cache: Clear cookies and cache while connected to the VPN.
- Private/Incognito Mode: Use a private mode in your browser.
- Try a Different Browser: Use Chrome, Edge, or Brave.
- Advanced Solutions:
- Switch VPN Servers: Disconnect and connect to a different location via the ApexGuard map.
- Adjust Threat Protection:
- Disable Threat Protection or exclude the domain in Threat Protection Pro™ settings.
- Check Firewall Settings:
- Add exceptions for ApexGuard.exe and apexguard-service.exe.
- Change Connection Protocols:
- Switch to OpenVPN or IKEv2.
- Try connecting to obfuscated servers via OpenVPN.
- Restart Your Device:
- Reboot your system and try again.
