Yes. You can run the ApexGuard desktop app and the browser extension at the same time without any conflict.
The two work independently: the desktop app protects your entire device, while the browser extension protects only your browser traffic. Running both together is safe and does not affect your connection.
If you only need to protect your browser, the extension alone is enough. For full device coverage, use the desktop app.
