Troubleshooting ApexGuard Browser Extension Connection Issues
If you cannot connect via the browser extension, try these solutions:
- Make sure you are not connected through the ApexGuard desktop app and the browser extension at the same time. Disconnect the app, then connect again with the extension.
- Try connecting to a different server location. If other locations work, the issue is with that specific server.
- Disable other VPN extensions, ad blockers, or antivirus tools that may interfere with proxy settings.
- Refresh the extension by toggling it off and on.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try the extension in a different browser.
- Make sure the extension is updated to the latest version.
- Restart your computer.
- Reinstall the browser extension.
