Get started and stay protected

If you’re experiencing issues connecting to ApexGuard on your iOS device, follow these steps. After each step, check if the issue is resolved before moving to the next.

1. Reset Network Settings (Wi-Fi Only)

  1. Go to Settings → General → Reset → Reset Network Settings.
    • This will reset Wi-Fi networks, passwords, cellular settings, and VPN/APN configurations.
  2. Launch Settings and navigate to Wi-Fi.
  3. Tap the i icon next to your wireless network and select Renew Lease to refresh the connection.
  4. Restart your phone.

2. Set ApexGuard DNS Servers (Wi-Fi Only)

  1. Open Settings and go to Wi-Fi.
  2. Tap the i icon next to your connected network.
  3. Tap Configure DNS → Manual.
  4. Add these DNS addresses:
    • 103.86.96.100
    • 103.86.99.100
  5. Tap Save.

3. Switch Between Servers

  • Use the ApexGuard app to connect to servers in various countries or specific locations.

4. Reinstall the App

  1. Tap and hold the ApexGuard icon.
  2. Select the X icon to uninstall the app.
  3. Download and reinstall ApexGuard from the App Store.
