Troubleshooting ApexGuard Connectivity on Windows
If ApexGuard won’t connect on Windows, try these steps in order:
- Confirm your ApexGuard account is active.
- Check that you’re using the latest app version. Open the app, go to Settings, and click Check for update.
- Update the app if necessary:
- Uninstall the current version.
- Download the latest version from the ApexGuard website.
- Connect to a different server location. If another server works, the issue was with that specific server.
- Disable other VPN or firewall apps that may interfere with the connection.
- Restart the ApexGuard app, then restart your computer.
