How to Purchase a Dedicated IP Address

For New Users

1. Visit the ApexGuard Pricing Page.
2. Select your desired plan and duration.
3. At checkout, add a dedicated IP under Add Extra Services (Optional).
4. Complete the purchase, create your account, and set up your dedicated IP location.

For Existing Users

1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the ApexGuard tab and select Get Dedicated IP.
3. Choose your preferred plan, complete payment, and set up your dedicated IP location.

Through the ApexGuard Windows App

1. Open the ApexGuard app and click the globe icon in the sidebar.
2. Select More Connection Options > Specialty Servers > Dedicated IP.
3. Click Buy Dedicated IP. This will redirect you to your account to complete the purchase.
4. Set up your dedicated IP location in the dashboard.

Through the ApexGuard macOS App

1. Switch to OpenVPN (UDP/TCP) protocol in the app settings.
2. Go to the globe icon in the sidebar and scroll to Specialty Servers > Dedicated IP.
3. Click Get Dedicated IP. You’ll be redirected to your account to complete the purchase.
4. Set up your dedicated IP location in the dashboard.

• How Many Dedicated IPs Can I Use? You can purchase multiple IPs, but your account supports a maximum of 10 simultaneous connections.
• How to Buy Additional Dedicated IPs? Purchase additional IPs using a coupon to create a temporary account, then transfer the IP to your main account with help from our support team.
