How to Connect to Your Dedicated IP on Windows

To connect to your dedicated IP using ApexGuard on Windows, follow the instructions based on your operating system version.

Before You Begin

Ensure you have:

• Purchased a dedicated IP.
• Set up the dedicated IP in your ApexGuard account.

Connecting on Windows 7 and 8.1

1. Open the ApexGuard app.
2. Navigate to the Dedicated IP category on the left sidebar.
3. Hover over Dedicated IP and click the three-dot menu.
4. Select your assigned dedicated IP country and server.
5. Alternatively, use the search bar in the top-left corner to locate your dedicated IP by country and server number.

Connecting on Windows 10 and 11

1. Open the ApexGuard app.
2. Click on the expander icon.
3. Go to the Dedicated IP category.
4. Click the three-dot menu and choose your dedicated IP country and server.
5. Use the search bar to find your dedicated IP by entering the country and server number.

Note: Your email address is linked to the dedicated IP address.
