Using a Proxy with qBittorrent

If you’re unable to use the ApexGuard app, you can configure a proxy for secure torrenting:

1. Open qBittorrent.
2. Go to Tools > Options or press Alt + O.
3. Navigate to the Connection tab.
4. Under Proxy Server, configure the following:
   • Type: SOCKS5

Host: Choose from this list:
python

amsterdam.nl.socks.apexhold.net
atlanta.us.socks.apexhold.net
...

• Port: 1080
• Enable:
  • Use proxy for peer connections
  • Authentication
• Enter your ApexGuard service credentials.
