ApexGuard Password: Verification Failed (‘Auth’)
If you encounter an authentication failure, follow these steps:
- Check and Reset Your Password:
- Change your password in your ApexGuard account.
- Log out of the ApexGuard app and log back in with the new password.
- Check Device Count:
- Ensure no more than 10 devices are connected to your account simultaneously.
- Disconnect unnecessary devices if needed.
- Reinstall the Application:
- Open Control Panel → Uninstall a Program.
- Remove ApexGuard, ApexGuard network TAP, and ApexGuard network TUN.
- Restart your computer.
- Download and reinstall the latest ApexGuard app fromour website.
