ApexGuard Password: Verification Failed (‘Auth’)
If you see an authentication (“Auth”) error when connecting, try these steps:
- Reset your password:
- Change your password in your ApexGuard account.
- Log out of the ApexGuard app, then log back in with your new password.
- Reinstall the Application:
- Open Control Panel → Uninstall a Program and remove ApexGuard.
- Restart your computer.
- Download and reinstall the latest app from our website.
