How to Update ApexGuard Applications

Automatic Updates:

• ApexGuard applications are updated in stages to ensure reliability. Some users may receive updates earlier than others.
• If you haven’t received an update, you can manually download the latest version from the VPN App Downloads Page.

Updating ApexGuard for Linux:

For Linux users, automatic updates are not available. Follow these commands to update manually:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get install apexguard

Note: ApexGuard versions older than 3.12.0 cannot connect to servers. Update to the latest version to maintain service.

• ApexGuard releases frequent updates to address new cyberthreats, improve user interface, introduce features, and fix bugs.
• Always use the latest version for optimal security.

Troubleshooting Update Issues:

If the updater restarts without completing:

1. Reboot your device.
